A Real Freedom

Whenever this word comes in our mind we think about free from some people or some dues or something like that…but in this article I want to discuss about something else totally…A real freedom.

So what is freedom?

As per my point of view freedom is the way of life to live without being dependent on anyone else at least in thinking, if you are not adult then you might be dependent on your parents or if you are housewife or someone who is financially dependent on someone then I am not telling you that you don’t have or could have freedom. Freedom is the way of thinking without depending someone else for it.

Real Story: -

2-3 years ago a new committee seeking reservation came in light in Gujarat (I am from Gujarat) and that changed Gujarat so much. This committee lead by Hardik Patel got everyone’s attention. Most of people from Patel cast followed him with full of faith, he started to ask for reservation for his cast from government with peace for some time but then he gave some very aggressive speeches like if we don’t get our rights as per the way suggested by Mahatma Gandhi then we will choose the path of Bhagat Singh (Means if we don’t get reservation by piece then violence is the way we’ll choose). People clapped for him for this sentence and finally that’s what happened at last. Some people died, some got injured, so much of government property damaged due to this “Patidar reservation agitation”, after all that’s what the only things violence gave us in history.

So why I am telling you this things, maybe you are from India maybe not but this story is for all of us.

First thing to understand is people followed Hardik Patel blindly without thinking what the result would come. Reservation can be only given by Government and government only thinks about their vote bank and we all know that (In India vote bank is the only thing government cares about). People destroyed and burned government transportation vehicles(Bus) and bus stands, they fought against police who came to neutralize peoples anger and also this agitation parted Gujarat in two piece like reserved and non-reserved people.

Now from this agitation what “Patidar people” achieved…nothing but only injuries and some people died too but Hardik Patel become so much rich, doesn’t matter where all the money came from but he became damn rich, he also become part of the National Congress, right now he is only aiming about opposing Narendra Modi and BJP on the name of “Patidar Reservation Agitation”, yet people are supporting him even after this much happened.

I am not BJP or Narendra Modi’s fan; in fact, I am not interested in any political party but I am telling this to make my point.

What should a normal people do, what would you do if someone just make crowd for their own cause and manipulate them the way they want. May be in past or in present you are seeing this kind of situations around you where people are following someone and may be you’re one of them and I am not telling you to stop following that person but I am telling you that please follow/unfollow him after making decision by yourself what they are doing and what will happen if you follow them. Never believe what they telling but believe them after thinking about if they are true or not, if they are telling you the facts or showing you dreams for their own cause, if they are really care about you or themselves.

I am not telling you that please unfollow Hardik Patel or Narendra Modi or anyone else because that will make me similar to them and you will be the same after all as you are not using your intellectual. I am just urging you to make your decision by yourself rather than depending for it on someone else.
